MACK is a biotech cleaning solution supplier based in the UK. They offer eco-friendly cleaning products (so no heavy chemicals are involved) with sustainability in mind. Their goal is to offer an affordable and eco-friendly cleaning solution that won’t cause harm to people or the environment, they also have some hysterical product names, but don’t let that fool you, these products are seriously good at their job!

About MACK’s products

MACK refers to their methods of cleaning as “Light-touch; long-term”. This is because their products contain bacteria-produced enzymes and natural coconut-based surfactants to instantly remove dirt, grease, and grime from a surface. Essentially, the good bacteria in their products make breaking down surfaces’ dirt much easier and grime dissolves quickly. As the cleaning process only produces enzymes, carbon dioxide, and water, there’s nothing that will harm you or the environment in them. 

In terms of their product’s effectiveness, the bacteria and enzymes form a “biofilm” which helps to keep the surface clean up to 28 days after you’ve applied the solution. This is providing you haven’t since applied a traditional cleaner to the surface as it contains chemicals that will destroy the biofilm. Therefore, once you start using MACK products, you should aim to “Keep it MACK!” by continuing to use their biotech products to see the full benefits. 

Finally, their cleaning solutions are designed for reusable bottles, so you can cut back on the amount of plastic you waste; as MACK would say, “Refill is the new recycle!”. For example, they sell a spray bottle made from 100% Prevented Ocean Plastic (plastic that has been discarded in areas at risk of ocean plastic pollution) that you can put your cleaning solutions in for use. That said, it will be up to you to take responsibility for refilling existing bottles rather than buying new ones.
