A modular, highly versatile range - perfect for pumping liquids between drums and containers.
- Fully electric pump motors, supplied with 5m cable.
- Pump motors and tubing are sold separately, to provide a high level of interchangeability.
- One pump motor can be used to serve several pump tubes - a cost-effective approach to liquid transfer.
- Pump motor references A350722 and A350718 (450w output) have a liquid flow regulator, for extra control.
- To order:
- Select a pump motor based on the power supply, the maximum viscosity of the liquid to be transferred, and whether the liquid has an explosive risk.
- Select a pump tube according to chemical compatibility, including the explosive risk of the liquid and the depth of the container to be emptied.
- Pump tube chemical compatibility guide:
- Polypropylene pump tubes – resistant to most acids and alkalis. Not suitable for concentrated oxidising acids. A maximum operating temperature of 50°C.
- Aluminium pump tubes – for various mineral oils e.g. fuel, engineering oils and antifreeze. A maximum operating temperature of 100°C.
- Stainless steel pump tubes – for solvents and non-corrosive fluids. Not suitable for crystalising, curing and setting agents.
