Next day delivery applies to stock products ordered before 4pm, there are a few exceptions with a 3pm cut-off and these are clearly highlighted. For all other products estimated lead times are stated on our website and in our catalogues. An accurate lead time will be provided when your order is confirmed.

Special and timed deliveries

We are pleased to be able to offer a range of timed delivery services to your specific requirements. Please call our sales team on 0800 652 6000 for further information.

Standard delivery times are 8am - 6pm, unfortunately, we're not able to call ahead to confirm a specific time for standard deliveries.

Damages and returns

Any damages or short deliveries should be notified to us within 3 days and the carrier's note should be endorsed accordingly. Our team will take corrective action to quickly ensure you are in receipt of the goods you ordered!

Pallet Deliveries

Deliveries are to kerbside only. If you have specific instructions, please inform us in advance of placing your order.

Please be aware that some deliveries are palletised, and due to the nature of pallets and some of the products delivered on them, it is not always safe for drivers to move them inside buildings so they may require offloading.

Parcels are delivered to a single ground floor location.
